Over the past 18 years as a therapist and over 30 years as a culturally competent clinician in the field of social work/mental health, I have have utilized an eclectic array of evidence-based treatment approaches while integrating spirituality, psycho-education and other strategies to promote positive coping skills and holistic well-being.
I have extensive experience with individuals, couples , groups and women; specifically women of color in various settings providing interventions for depression, anxiety, addictions, grief/loss, trauma, relationships and life transitions.
